Gratitude Day 4

DeMarr, one of my mentors, said one of the ways to help thoughts become habits is to write it down on a 3 x 5 index card and add “this week” after it.  Carry the card with you and read it at least once a day for seven days to memorize the thought and make it your own.

Each day write a new thought on a card and do the same.  At the end of seven days, remove the first card from your stack of seven cards when you add your new card for that day.

Goal 4:  Write a thought on a 3 x 5 card each day and memorize it.  Today’s card reads:  A present is as simple as a few written words of gratitude, give  them this week.
